Cloud storage, like water or electricity, is a utility and is billed as such by us and likewise to us by our backend hosting provider (Google Inc). Because of this, we are unable at this time to offer refunds for any DuroCloud related services. If you would like to evaluate our service before comitting to a paid account, we encourage you to create a free account.
